Each party includes dedicated hosts, colorful table settings, invitations, and all materials for your chosen activity.
You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, or let us help arrange pizza through Sergio’s. With flexible time slots,

GLOW DANCE PARTY

What’s included in your party packages?
All of our 90-minute party packages include everything you need for a fun, stress-free celebration!
Art Parties include 8 guests plus the birthday child ($20 per additional child).
Play Space Parties include 16 kids ($6 per additional child).
Party hosts to handle setup, cleanup, and guide all activities.
Table settings with solid-colored plates, napkins, forks, serving utensils, and table covers.
Fill-in-the-blank invitations for your guests. Stop by any time after booking to pick them up!
All craft supplies related to your selected party theme.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We just ask that all beverages come in individual containers (like juice boxes, pouches, or water bottles).
If you’d like catering, we can help arrange pizza through Sergio’s.
Most parties spend the first hour on activities and the last 30 minutes enjoying cake and presents.
Can I bring décor?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring in your own décor! We just can’t hang anything from our ceilings.
You’re welcome to drop off your decorations the week of your party, as long as everything is pre-assembled and ready to go (banners strung, centerpieces assembled, etc.).
To ensure the safety, quality, and seamless experience of all events, we do not allow outside balloon arches, garlands, or other large balloon installations.
You are welcome to bring individual balloons (helium or air-filled).
All balloon arches, garlands, and specialty balloon décor must be provided by the Art Factory. When you book a party with us, you’ll receive an exclusive 10% discount on our in-house balloon décor.
Can I customize my party?
Absolutely! Our goal is to make each event special and unique for your child.
If you have an idea for a party theme that’s not listed, let us know — we love bringing new ideas to life!
What time slots are available?
Weekend Parties: Saturdays & Sundays — 10–11:30am, 12:30–2pm, 3–4:30pm, and 5:30–7pm.
Weekday Parties: We’re happy to host weekday events! Please call for availability, as weekday times aren’t available for online booking.
Need extra time? Additional time may be added for $20 per 15 minutes.
How do I book my event?
Select your date and time from our online calendar.
A $100 deposit secures your reservation.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed.
We’ll follow up the Wednesday before your party to confirm your guest headcount and details.
Your remaining balance (plus tax and a 15% gratuity on the remaining total) is due at the end of your event.
We accept cash or credit card payments.
How many kids can you accommodate?
Most party packages can accommodate up to 25 children.
If you’re planning for a larger group, contact us to discuss custom options and availability.
Can we host the party at our home or other venue instead of
at the Art Factory?
Yes! Some of our party packages are available as MOBILE PARTIES, where the Art Factory team brings all the fun and supplies to your home or another venue. Contact us with your space, guest count and date and we’ll provide a custom quote tailored to your celebration.
Please remember that we are willing to customize any event to suit your party needs. There may be a small price change for substitutions and add-ons.
