Mommy & Me Storytime Yoga
We are excited to invite you all to join us for our newest class - Storytime Yoga! This program will kick off on November 20th.
Each week, our instructor will share a new story aloud as you bend and twist into fun yoga stretches. This class is designed to keep your child engaged as we act out characters and themes from the story through movement.
Your admission gets you into our Play Cafe to play from 9:00AM - NOON. Storytime Yoga will begin at 10:30am in the Glow Room. You are welcome to stay and play after class until noon. This class will be limited to 8 kids total(1 adult per child).
This is a parent inclusive event. Be sure to bring a yoga mat and/or towel for yourself and for your child.
