BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES

Let us create the most memorable birthday party for your child. Choose from one of our party packages below and leave the planning to us.

WHAT'S INCLUDED All of our 90 minute party packages include the following:

• All art parties include 8 guests plus the birthday child ($20 per additional child after that).
• Play Space Parties include 16 kids ($6 per additional child after that).
• Table settings - solid colored napkins, plates, forks, serving utensils, & table covers.
• Fill-in-the blank invitations.
• All craft supplies pertaining to your party package.

WHAT CAN I BRING? You are welcome to bring in your own food and drinks, we just ask that all drinks are in individual containers such as a juice box, pouch or water bottle. If you’d like to arrange catering we are happy to set up pizza through Sergio’s. Typically, we do the party activities for the first hour and save the last 30 minutes for cake and presents.

Our goal is to make sure each event is unique and tailored to fit your child's special day. Have an idea for a party not listed below? Let us know - we'd be happy to make it happen!

Weekdays: We are happy to host weekday parties.
Please give us a call for availability since those time
slots are not available for online booking. If you feel you
need additional time, please let us know prior to your event.
$20 per additional 15 minutes.

TO BOOK YOUR EVENT:
Choose a date and time from our calendar to reserve your party. Once processed you should receive a confirmation email. We will follow up the Wednesday prior to your party to confirm the final headcount & details. Should you have any questions between now and then, please let us know.

There is a $100 deposit to secure the date. Your remaining balance, plus tax and 15% gratuity of the remaining balance will be due at the end of your event. Cash or Credit Card only.

Create your own magical fairytale celebration. Choose either a Fairy/Pirate, Mermaid/Pirate or Princess/Knight theme for your party.

Fairytale makeup, wands/swords craft, painting craft, glitter tattoos, fairytale name selection, fairytale ceremony and certificate.

Each guest takes home: Fairies (wings, wand, fairy house). Mermaids (crown, wand, treasure chest). Princesses (crown, wand, castle). Pirates (hat, sword, treasure chest). Knights (shield, sword, castle). All will get name certificate and glitter tattoo as well.

PRIVATE PLAY SPACE PARTY

$295 (plus tax & gratuity)

Our Play Space is the perfect party venue for Birthday Children 5 and younger.

WHAT'S INCLUDED During your 90 minute party, you’ll have exclusive access to the play area to run, climb and slide! Includes up to 16 children, $6 per additional child after that.

All table settings - napkins, plates, forks, as well as invitations are provided. Airpot of coffee included as well for your adult guests. We also include 10 air inflated play balloons.

Our Play Space time slots:

FAQ'S

Is there a booking fee? Yes. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure the date which can be paid online HERE .

When do I pay my remaining balance? We will send you an estimated total prior to your event. The remaining balance is due at the end of your event. We can accept party payment in the form of cash or card. Store policy, we cannot accept checks. Any additional add-ons will be included at this time as well as additional guests - based on those that show up the day of. 15% gratuity will be added based on the remaining balance of your event, which goes directly to your party host.

Is tax included in my remaining balance? Yes, 6% sales tax will be added to your remaining balance as well.

What is your cancellation policy? Booking Fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made up to two weeks before your event will be issued a credit to put towards another class or event at the Art Factory. Cancellations made within 7 days of your event will forfeit 100% of your booking fee and no credit will be issued. In the event of inclement weather, we want to ensure the safety of your guest as well as our staff . If we feel the need to close due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event.

Can we wear shoes or go barefoot in the play space? We ask that all guests (kids and adults) wear socks in the play space. If you forget your socks, we have some available for purchase at the front desk.

Can I bring in food? Yes! You are welcome to bring in cake, snacks and drinks (preferably in a juice box, pouch or water bottle). We are happy to arrange catering from Sergio's for you as well. Napkins, plates, forks, table cloths and serving utensils are included in each party package.

Can we bring alcohol? You are welcome to bring in a non-alcoholic beverage with you, however we cannot allow outside alcohol to be brought in.

Can we bring in decorations? We are happy to work with you to add on balloons and decorations. Doors open 15 minutes prior to your event if you would like to bring in and arrange your own decorations. If you have decorations that you would prefer to drop off prior to your event, all items must be in a box or bag, labeled with your last name and date of your event, pre-assembled and ready to go with any specific instructions you may have.

How early can we arrive for our party? Doors will open 15 minutes prior to your event. Your party host will be happy to help set up your food, drinks, cake, etc.

Can parents drop off their kids at the party or do they need to stay? Parents are always welcome to stay for the event however we do ask that children be age 6+ in order to just drop off. We will have a sign out sheet to leave your contact info in case of emergencies for those that wish to drop off and come back.

Can I change my party package? Please let us know in advance if you decide you would like to change your party package. With advance notice, that should not be a problem. We will confirm all your party details the Wednesday prior to your event.
